Privacy Policy

This policy explains how supmgm.info Integration Hub ("we", "the Service") at supmgm.info processes data when you connect a Google account.
Data we may process
- Google account identity: account identifier, email address and profile name, used to identify the connection.
- Calendar: calendar metadata and events (titles, times, descriptions, locations, attendees) of calendars you explicitly select.
- Drive: file metadata and file contents, only if you grant a separate Drive permission and only for resources you select.
- Sheets: spreadsheet metadata and cell data, only if you grant a separate Sheets permission and only for spreadsheets you select.
- OAuth tokens issued by Google for the connection.
Why we process it
Solely to provide the Service's internal integration functions for the connected account owner, such as reading calendars and spreadsheets for scheduling and business reporting. We request the minimum permissions needed and request each type of access separately.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data or Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to operate the Service or as required by law.
- We do not publish connected data on this website.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access and storage
Access is limited to the Service owner and authorised operators. OAuth tokens are kept in protected, encrypted storage and are never shown publicly. Accounts and brands are isolated from each other. See Security.
Retention and deletion
When you disconnect a connection, we revoke the Google access and delete the stored tokens. When you submit a data deletion request, we delete the data associated with the connection, normally within 30 days, and confirm by email.
Your choices
You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, disconnect via /disconnect, or request deletion via /data-deletion.
